At Basswood Leather Company, we’re committed to delivering a seamless fulfilment experience powered by reliable logistics, transparent timelines, and nationwide reach. Our shipping framework is enabled through Delhivery, one of India’s most trusted logistics networks, and PhonePe Payment Gateway for secure, frictionless transactions.

  1. Shipping Coverage – Pan-India & International
  • We ship across all locations in India, including metros, tier-2/3 cities, and remote serviceable pin codes.
  • We also support international delivery to selected countries via trusted global courier partners. Shipping charges and timelines for international destinations will be displayed during checkout.
  1. Order Processing Timeline
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours after successful payment confirmation via PhonePe PG.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing the order.
  • Once dispatched, your tracking ID will be shared for real-time shipment status.
  1. Delivery Timelines

Domestic (India):

  • Metros: 2–5 working days
  • Tier 2/3 cities: 4–7 working days
  • Remote/Interior locations: 7–10 working days

All deliveries are handled by Delhivery, ensuring speed, safety, and end-to-end visibility.

International:

  • Delivery timelines vary by country (typically 7–15 working days).
  • Customs duties, import rules, and additional taxes (if any) must be paid by the customer.
  1. Shipping Charges
  • Within India: Standard rates apply based on location and product weight.
  • International: Charges are calculated dynamically at checkout.

We focus on optimising rates to ensure value-driven fulfilment.

  1. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • All Indian shipments can be tracked through the Delhivery tracking portal.
  • International shipments can be tracked using the respective courier partner’s dashboard.
  1. Failed Delivery Attempts

If Delhivery is unable to complete delivery due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Phone number unreachable

a second attempt will be made. If still unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

Re-shipping can be arranged upon request, subject to revised charges.

  1. Damages or Issues on Delivery

If your package is damaged or tampered with:

  • Please refuse to accept the parcel and inform us immediately.
  • If accepted, share photos/videos of the package within 24 hours so we can investigate with Delhivery and resolve promptly.
  1. Secure Payment Handling – PhonePe PG

All payments are processed through PhonePe Payment Gateway, ensuring:

  • Encrypted transaction layers
  • Real-time payment confirmation
  • Support for UPI, cards, wallets & net banking

No payment details are stored on our servers.
