- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Customised or personalised items are not eligible unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
- Only items purchased directly from our official website are eligible.
- How to Initiate a Return
To start a return request:
- Contact us with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if defective).
- Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if approved.
- Ship the product back using the instructions provided.
- Returns without prior approval or missing RAN may be refused.
- Inspection & Approval
Once the returned item reaches our facility, it undergoes a quality check. Return rejection may occur if:
- Product shows wear, misuse, or damage not due to manufacturing defect
- Original tags/packaging are missing
- Product has been altered
If approved, refund/exchange processing will begin.
- Refunds
- Refunds are credited within 14 business days after inspection approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (via PhonePe PG).
- Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
- Refund amounts may be adjusted if discount codes/promotions were applied.
- Exchanges
You may request an exchange for size or model, subject to availability.
- Exchange shipping charges may apply unless it is a product defect or incorrect item.
- Replacement dispatch begins immediately after return approval.
- Exchange product will be delivered within 2 to 5 days

- Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Customised or personalised products
- Used, damaged, or tampered items
- Items without original packaging or tags
- International Orders
- International customers may return items but must bear return shipping and any customs-related charges.
- Refunds may take longer due to international logistics and compliance checks.
- Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item Delivered
If you receive a defective/damaged/wrong product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
- Retain packaging until the case is resolved.
- We will arrange return pickup and send a replacement or process refund.
